CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be charged 100% of the service cost of your appointment if you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours before. Permanent Jewelry appointments that are cancelled less the 24 hours before will not be refunded the deposit. A new appointment must be made with a new deposit.
